This is achieved through remote temperature probes wired into the rear of the device. In total, the unit accepts up to five 10k3 probes, allocated as three for zone one and two for zone two. For projects that only require single zone control, zone two can be disabled entirely. When disabled, all related icons and menu pages are removed from the user interface automatically. ## Built for Integration The Ursium communicates via Modbus, making it compatible with a wide range of building management and home automation systems Beyond climate control, the Modbus connection turns the Ursium into a temperature monitoring hub.
