# Warranty Information

## Warranty Information

### 1. Warranty Coverage

We warrant that all products sold by Cache are free from defects in materials and workmanship under the following conditions:

- **Polar Bear Design Products:** Warranty coverage is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

- **CYP Products:** Warranty coverage is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.

- **1Home Products**: Warranty coverage is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

- **CoolAutomation Products**: Warranty coverage is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

- **Gallo Acoustics Products**:

- Loudspeakers – five (5) years from the date of purchase.

- Subwoofers – two (2) years from the date of purchase.

- Accessories – one (1) year from the date of purchase.

### 2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

- Products with removed, defaced, or modified serial numbers or warranty labels.

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow the user guide.

- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations by persons other than authorized service agents.

- Damage due to external factors, such as lightning strikes, floods, or other acts beyond reasonable control.

- Normal wear and tear.

### 3. Remedies

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period:

- We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

- This is your sole remedy under this warranty.

### 4. Return Process

- To initiate a warranty claim, the product must be returned to Cache directly with a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Cache customer service to obtain an RMA.

- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging.

- RMAs are valid for 30 days. Returns received after this period or without a valid RMA will be refused.

### 5. Limitations of Liability

- Cache is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

- Cache is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or third-party systems.

- Liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence is not excluded.

### 6. No Implied Warranties

Except as expressly stated, Cache disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

### 7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the UAE.
