## The P2i as a surround channel speaker

Reference Atmos systems need surround channels that match the front L/C/R tonally without dominating the visual field. The P2i is the compact in-wall in the Insight Series, designed precisely for that role. It carries the same planar magnetic acoustic signature as the larger P4i, P6i, and L8i, ensuring that pan effects between front and surround read seamlessly with no mismatch in tonality.

### Configurations

In a 7.1.4 luxury Dubai villa cinema, the typical layout uses larger P4i or P6i across the front L/C/R, four P2i for the side and rear surrounds, and Insight ICi6 for the four Atmos overhead positions. The P2i can also serve as the L/C/R in compact dedicated listening rooms or smaller secondary cinema spaces.
