11.1 Change-of-Mind Returns
Cache does not issue refunds for orders cancelled due to a change of mind. If the product is returned unused and in its original condition and packaging, we may issue a credit note at our discretion. This credit note can be applied to future purchases made through Cache.
11.2 Custom or Special-Order Items
Custom-made, special-order, or bespoke items are not eligible for return or refund.
11.3 Return Shipping
Unless the goods are faulty or supplied in error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
12.1 Delivery within the UAE.
For products held in our UAE warehouse, we offer next business day delivery to addresses within the United Arab Emirates, subject to order confirmation and payment clearance being received before 2:00 PM GST on a working day. Orders confirmed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next available business day.
12.2 Items Not Held in Stock.
Products that are not currently held in our UAE warehouse will be sourced directly from the manufacturer or authorised supplier. Delivery timescales for such items vary depending on supplier availability, shipping method, and any applicable customs procedures. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe at the point of order confirmation and will keep you informed of any delays.
12.3 Delivery Outside the UAE.
We are able to fulfil orders to destinations outside the United Arab Emirates on a case by case basis. Delivery timescales, shipping costs, and applicable import duties or taxes for international orders will vary depending on the destination country and the products ordered. Please contact us at Support@cache.ae for a shipping quote and estimated delivery time prior to placing an international order.
12.4 Shipping Costs.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you prior to order confirmation. Cache reserves the right to amend shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
12.5 Risk.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Title to the goods shall not pass to the customer until full payment has been received by Cache.
12.6 Failed or Missed Deliveries.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or any other reason outside of Cache's control, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. Cache is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
12.7 Inspection on Delivery.
Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies to Cache within 48 hours by emailing Support@cache.ae. Failure to report issues within this period may affect your eligibility for a replacement or credit note.
