About CoolPlug & Coollink Hub
CoolPlug and CoolLink Hub connect individual split air conditioners to home automation, building management systems (BMS) and CoolAutomation's cloud apps. They work with split, multi-split and mini-split systems from different AC brands.
How the system fits together
- CoolPlug (wired or wireless) connects to each AC indoor unit.
- CoolLink Hub gathers the CoolPlugs and talks to the control system over Ethernet (ASCII TCP/IP and Modbus IP), RS232 (ASCII), RS485 (Modbus RTU) or KNX.
- CoolLink Hub KNX adds an LCD screen to set up, monitor and configure connected CoolPlug units, with RS232, RS485 (Modbus RTU, PBUS, BACnet) and Ethernet (ASCII, Modbus IP, BACnet/IP) interfaces.
- CoolLinkbridge works with CoolLink Hub to bring split systems into home automation, BMS and cloud control applications.
