DoorBird outdoor units are IP video door stations built by Bird Home Automation in Berlin. They let residents and staff see, hear, and speak with visitors from a smartphone, tablet, or IP phone anywhere in the world, and release the door remotely. Constructed from stainless steel and offered in a wide range of finishes, DoorBird door stations are designed to integrate cleanly into modern control and security systems, and scale from individual residences to multi-tenant and commercial entrances.

The outdoor unit ranges

D11x Series The entry point into the DoorBird IP range, built for single residences and small businesses with one call button. Available in surface and flush mount, in stainless steel V2A brushed as standard with finishes such as bronze PVD coating. Housings are ordered separately to suit the installation.

D21x Series The modular, fully configurable range for larger and multi-tenant projects. Variants add keypad entry, fingerprint reading, and multi-button layouts for several units behind a single entrance, giving integrators flexibility across a wide variety of door configurations.

D31x Series The latest modular line, with flush and surface mounting options for higher-specification and display-based installations.

Access Control (A1121, A1122) Standalone outdoor access control devices that pair with the DoorBird intercom range to add secure entry where a full intercom is not required.

Integration

DoorBird door stations are compatible with leading smart home, control, and NVR platforms, including Control4, Crestron, Loxone, ELAN, RTI, URC, Fibaro, Synology, QNAP, and Bang and Olufsen, alongside an open API for bespoke integration.
