Yes. The CYP AU-11CD-4K22 is a Full 4K HDMI audio de-embedder that extracts multichannel audio (up to 5.1) from a 4K HDMI signal while passing the video through untouched via its built-in repeater.
Optical (Toslink) and coaxial S/PDIF both carry digital audio — optical uses fibre and coaxial uses a single RCA cable. Analog stereo uses two RCA or a 3.5 mm connector and carries the decoded left/right signal. CYP AU-D series converters translate between all three.
OAR is a CYP feature on its HDBaseT matrices that lets each output zone independently select any audio source from any input — so room A can watch input 1 while listening to input 3, and room B can watch input 2 with audio from input 5. It is the difference between a video matrix and a true audio-video matrix.
